You can provide and seek support to peers via our regular Meetings, Discussion Forum and the Anonymous Hotline.
You can begin with creating an MST account with us which would provide you with a Unique ID and a Fictional Name.
We have regular meetings in all States and Territories across Australia, the meetings are held at the local community centres. You can find upcoming meetings in your local area here.
In the MST Discussion Forum you can seek, engage, discuss and assist peers anonymously with a MST account's Unique ID and a Fictional Character.
With our anonymous hotline, you can discuss with our specially trained mental health experts, healthcare experts and human resource experts to provide you assistance regarding your mental health and the stigma associated at workplaces.
MST is an independent not-for profit organisation, and we are financed with the help of donations made by individuals, organisations and government entities.
To become a member of this community, you are required to create a MST account which only requires the verification of member being a health care worker and no further details are required, the purpose of this is to ensure anonymity. The relevant licence number is provided and submitted to a third-party authenticator though MST does not keep a record of your sign up details to ensure members' anonymity.
We provide our members with single page fact issues created upon the resources provided by WorkSafe, AHPRA, FWO and relevant entitites.
